Fraser Keil

Fraser Keil is an experienced Subsea Professional.  Originally from Scotland, and now living in the Okanagan.  Fraser has held various roles in the Subsea Industry.  Specializing in project engineering, management, concept & proposal development, tendering and contract award and execution. 

Fraser has held senior engineering positions with some of the world's larges offshore subsea construction and diving contactors and is accredited by the Engineering Council in the UK.  CDI is thrilled to have Fraser onboard to support the growth of the school and to further ensure that CDI candidates have access to global leaders in the diving industry.
