Shane comes from a construction background and has been active in the diving industry since 1995. Initially a student and Instructor at Diving Dynamics working on the Professional Diver Training (PDT) program. This work lead to further assignments in the Commercial Division where Shane, worked as a commercial diver and supervisor on inshore civil diving projects. For the past 25 years now, Shane has been heavily involved in the offshore oil & gas sector working world wide in the capacity of Air Diver, Saturation Diver, Air and Bell Diving Supervisor, Nightshift Diving Superintendent, On-shore Dive Technical Authority and Offshore Construction Manager.
Shane has a solid passion for diving and the subsea industry and has enjoyed the many facets of opportunity and adventure. Shane has travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean, North, Central and South America, Asia and Middle East as well as Europe. Throughout these destinations Shane has participated and conducted subsea construction and diving operations from various vessels such as 8 point mooring pipelay barges, large jack-up construction barges, single bell and twin bell dynamically positioned dive support vessels.
